I fell and was diagnosed with a complete fracture of my left patella. I was referred to Dr. Lochemes, I was scared because I did not want to have surgery. Dr. Lochemes explained my options, had a brace put on my leg. The staff was great from the front door until I left. The receptionist was patient with me throughout the check- in process. Everyone was so nice, and they gave me a gift, I never expected. I needed to feel lik someone cared about me. Thank you all
